Asafoetida is also known as food of gods or “Hing”. Asafoetida's English and scientific name is derived from the Persian word for resin (Asa) and Latin for strong sulfurous odor (Foetida).

Asafoetida is known to Indian society for ages and is widely used as a flavouring agent in Indian recipes.. In short, asafoetida is a medicinal gum of the plant used as a cure for stomach disorders like nausea, anorexia and flatulence. Taken internally it helps in relieving distention of abdomen due to improper digestion or gases. Asafoetida is one of the key digestion promoting herbs of the Ayurvedic therapy.

Pasta is a type of food made from dough using flour and water. The word comes from Italian pasta, which shares its origins with "paste", meaning "dough", "pasta", or "pastry" as in "small cake".

Rice Ada is that form of Pasta resembling “Fettuccine” which is produced from rice flour. This Product is mainly targeted for Kerala peoples. They Prefer this type of pasta for all festivals. They make Ada pradhaman which is an sweet recipe. Ancient days kerala people make the rice ada By steaming the rice flour in huge vessels. We bought the Same quality of rice ada readily available for them. Most people In Kerala prefer NS Rice ada for their festivals like Visu, Onam etc. We have Ada from wheat flour too.
